Happy Birthday Clay

We had a simple birthday celebration at home, last October 7th. Here's our family members who was there to celebrate together...

Clay is a nice boy. He doesn't ask expensive toys for his presents. He asked a pair of new shoes and a basket ball... :-) Finally, he got all that he wanted, plus a new watch from his Daddy... he is very happy!

Happy Birthday Clifford!!

You are a great cute little boy, Cliff... we all love you.
In this 3 years old, you want to do many things by yourself! That's amazing!
You don't cry when you wake up anymore, you just off the bed and out the bedroom by yourself.
You rarely pee on your pampers when you sleep.
You want to get in and out of the car by yourself.
You don't drink your milk from bottle anymore.
You can go to Sunday School by yourself, no need mom or dad to accompany you.
You want to brush your teeth by yourself, though mom say no.
You can finish your meal faster than before.

Clap...clap...clap....!!! Awesome Cliff!!

Sickness

Fever, throat infection.... both of us...

We've been spending 3 days together at home. Having fever is not convenient... Mom took me to see my pediatric last Tuesday, and she had to take Cliff over there the next day. I was crying loudly when mom and dad left me to take Cliff to the pediatric. I just felt sad though our helper was here to accompany me. I had my nose blocked since that cry, I don't know why... now I can hardly use my nose to breath and start coughing....

My Second Trip to Kidzania

In fact I don't have to wait too long to go to Kidzania again!! Mom took me there last Tuesday. Only me and mom. Cliff stayed at grandma's home with our cousin, Melody. He had a great time too over there. We met Auntie Dilla and Fatih, her son, at Kidzania. I am thankful for having a new accompany to play together. It's not fun to play every thing by myself! It's a very kind of Auntie Dilla, who willing to accompany us!

At kidzania, kids have to work to get kidzos and kids can spend kidzos to buy food and drink (by working at the factory so we can learn the making process). There are around 70 occupations we can choose to try and all the equipments are almost real.

Here's the pictures...

Me and Fatih, worked at building construction, became a pilot and ride a flight simulator, worked at factories (chocolate and noodle for Fatih, Aqua mineral water and biscuit for me), worked on gas underground station, and many more! We got paid by kidzos, approximately 10 kidzos every time we work, but we need to pay 10 kidzos if we worked at factories.
Telecommunication Service

Nursery. I didn't try this of course.

Noodle Factory - Fatih's favorite factory... :-)

F1 race! Our favorite one... we have to pay 10 kidzos to be a racer.

Fashion Show Counter.... for girls...

Fire!! Fire!! We rode fire truck and shoot a fired building with water as well!

We can ride a car and fill up the tank, or become a gas station staff.

Surgery Room... I still didn't dare to enter this! So bloody!

There are still many occupations that I haven't tried... I didn't want to work at Tv station (as a presenter, cameramen, operator, program designer or make up artist), I refused to work at police station (as police officer or secom), I said no when mom told me to work at hospital as a doctor, dentist, surgery doctor, etc... may be later when I am older!

If you haven't visit this place, you gotta go here! You'll have fun, I guarantee you. You can see more pictures here.

Trip to Kidzania

Today my teacher asked me to make a speech about my trip to Kidzania. I feel rather upset to do it because I didn't play much over there last time. I had been waiting for months to be able to visit Kidzania and I was so happy when my school arranged the trip.

Kidzania is the place where kids can try so many occupations just like adults. We can be a policeman, a fire fighter, a car racer, a pilot, a banker, an architect, an archaeologist, work at hospital as a doctor or nurse, at chocolate factory, and many many more!

I played with my classmates, unfortunately they didn't share the same 'mission' with me. I really want to play as policeman, fire fighter and pilot, but my friends didn't support me. As a result, we only played 2 games as an archaeologist and a house painter among so many choices. At first I still felt excited, but after I heard my other friends told their experiences in trying more than 5 and even countless games in there, I felt so disappointed.

My parents felt so sorry for what has happened. They plan to take me again over there and help me play any games I want.

First Time to Dentist

Cool! Way to go Clifford!

Yesterday, all of us (Mom Dad Clay and Cliff) went to our family dentist. Hubby has his tooth done and Cliff got 4 (or 5 cavities) already but refused to open his mouth all this time. We have been persuading him and telling him how nice the dentist is for months. We tried to bring him to see dentist as often as possible. It was the 3-4 times he visited our family dentist and this time he acted so cool!! Yay!! We were so excited and amazed... (I guess he is 'grown' enough now.. hahaha)

First, Clay sat on the dentist's chair and be checked to give an example for Cliff. Cliff was watching carefully and saw that his brother was ok. When the dentist asked Cliff to sit beside Clay, he smiled and said yes! Yippeeee.... he opened his mouth and felt excited! Oh I am so happy!

The dentist is wise, she didn't use any 'scary' tools. She just wanted to make good first impression, and she did it well. She managed to clean and patch up his two front teeth without drilling it. After that she gave rewards for the kids, giving each of them a toothbrush. :-)

We can't help giving some praises, hugs and kisses for Cliff again and again. Oh, for Clay as well for being a very good example. Thanks God for great kids!
